Arab Real Estate Investment Co. (ALICO) posted consolidated net profits of EGP 3.5 million for 2014, compared with EGP 8 million for the previous year, a decline of 56.3%.

Meanwhile, the company reported net profits of EGP 11.156 million in the first nine months of 2014, compared with EGP 11.961 million for the same period of the previous year.

ALICO is capitalised at EGP 246.4 million, distributed at 246.4 million shares at EGP 1 each.
